While in the military, you’re expected to maintain a level of physical readiness. That can be difficult to do on your own without the proper resources. These days it’s easy to find a program online that you can run yourself, but that’s not the same as working with Noell. Noell was able to tailor a program to my specific needs. This allowed me to improve in the areas I needed to without losing progress I’ve made in others. Noell was easy to approach with any question and offered alternative exercises for movements I wasn’t comfortable doing at the time. If you’re looking to improve your fitness level, I highly recommend working with Noell.
With Noell’s guidance over the past 24 weeks, I have built strength, endurance, and positive energy. I wanted to work on upper body strength with the measurable goal of doing at least one push-up, something I’ve never been able to do before. Not only have I made incredible progress on push-ups, I’ve also gotten personal records on deadlifts, hip thrusts, chest presses, and many other lifts that I struggled with in the past. Noell has empowered me to continue my journey after our training together ends, and build strength and positive habits. The changes I’ve seen with Noell’s training are incredible and evident in my every day life.
Noell’s workouts are thoughtful, challenging, and surprisingly fun. She takes the time to tailor each of my exercises to my unique needs and fitness goals, which has really helped me see results. She gives her undivided attention, explains every move, and makes even micro-adjustments to make sure I have the correct form. She has trained me throughout my pregnancy and is a huge factor in my strength and energy during this time. I look forward to her whipping me back in shape post-pregnancy
Working with Noell has been great. She really focuses on on my goals and creates plans that make me a better athlete. I was worried about having a remote personal trainer and nutrition coach but she is able to accommodate my busy schedule, she is always there to support me, and she designs programs that work with the equipment I have (no gyms thanks to COVID). Our weekly calls keep me motivated since I always want to tell her about my accomplishments (or failures) from the week. I leave every meeting with a goal and a plan for the following week! Noell’s personalized strength and nutrition plan has put me on track to accomplish my goals as a triathlete!

Noell is amazing! She is not the typical robot of a personal trainer. From day one I knew she was different. And as time went on I felt different. I became stronger and more confident in the gym. Noell focused on not only the physical training but mental and nutrition. Helping me stay sane and increasing my water intake helped with more than just my gym days. Walking away was really hard and I would definitely go back for more.

She has helped me get my strength back by refining my workouts, nutrition, and overall motivation. The result has been some weight loss, lifestyle full of activity, nutrition, and a healthy mindset! She is knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness. It is contagious. I am definitely someone that needs to be pushed to reach my fitness goals and she does that with great motivation and truly cares about each of her clients results! She’s provided me sites for meal options, I’ve done one-on-one training with her to begin with and now I’m doing a month online workout that is provided by her but not working out with her physically. My advice is find that motivation and the reason why you’re doing it. Keep telling yourself to keep pushing and that you are better today than you were yesterday.
I came to Noell after experiencing Adrenal Fatigue and Hormonal Imbalance that caused weight gain and exhaustion. Coming from a yoga background, the gym environment was intimidating, but Noell made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I have attended both private coaching and group, public classes, with Noell. She is very knowledgeable about biomechanics and how the body works, helping students work safely and efficiently. The private sessions I had with her helped me to gain strength, balance, stability, and confidence to be able to attend other classes at the gym. Her group classes are always varied and interesting. Working with Noell I have lost weight, built strength, and gained confidence. I highly recommend her as a smart, motivating coach.
I have always been hesitant about getting a personal trainer. From my first encounter with Noell, she calmed my nerves with her pleasant and optimistic personality. She listened to my personal health goals and had a clear plan for my training sessions. During each session she was encouraging and made sure I had proper form.
