This 8 week training program is designed for experienced tactical athletes, to help optimize your physical readiness, in order to perform well at your job.
The program combines targeted resistance training exercises with high-intensity conditioning workouts to optimize muscle growth, improve physical performance, and enhance cardiovascular endurance.
